BioNetS - UNC Chapel Hill

Java Version

Todd Riley has created a Java implementation for BioNetS. This version runs on Windows, Linux and even Mac OS X. This version uses the same code generator as the Mac OS X version. The code generator is written in Cocoa, so you need to install the GNUStep package as well as a standard C++ compiler (gcc). The installation instructions below show you all the steps that are needed to do that.
